Here illustration carries a world — characters, creatures, and type that belong to one cosmology, familiar enough to hold and strange enough to stay with you.

Nike by You Dance

The brief: Five original illustrations inspired by dance music for an in-store customization experience at Nike Park.

BBH Singapore brought in Jer on to illustrate Nike’s 2021 Dance collection for Nike by You. Five illustrations landed dedicated sections at Nike Park Fort in Bonifacio Global City, alongside an artist feature of Jer. A celebration of dance and dance music — everything exudes energy and fun.

Nike by You Pride

The brief: Design an artist exclusive Nike by You Pride collection for the Philippines, Singapore, and India.

The Nike Philippines in-house team approached Jer for an exclusive Nike by You Pride 2022 collection. Rather than leaning into Pride iconography, Jer built a world of queer people on the perfect summer vacation. The collection rolled out across Nike Park BGC, Nike Jewel Singapore, and Nike Mumbai. “It taught me that I can be my authentic self while still conforming to a client’s brief. Two can exist at the same time.”

Titan App

The brief: Create spot illustrations optimized for legibility on mobile screens with a fresh approach.

Agency Better Half brought Jer on to illustrate Titan’s fintech app refresh — fourteen vector icons inspired by Greek literature and art deco, all built to be legible on any screen size working within their design-system thinking. From pencil studies to pixel-precise refinement, the constraint forced a new level of discipline.

YouTube Pride Yoodle

The brief: Illustrate a key image, storyboard, and animated logo icon celebrating the art of drag for YouTube’s June homepage Yoodle.

A homepage takeover celebrating the art of drag for YouTube‘s June 2024 Yoodle across the United States. The scope was three-fold: a key image, a full storyboard for the animated Yoodle, and an icon to accompany the YouTube logo. The animation was brought to life by Khylin Woodrow and produced by Little Moving Pictures

Kelvin Morales — Vibration Collection

The brief: Sketches inspired by Manila nightlife for an embroidered ready-to-wear barong collaboration.

Fashion designer Kelvin Morales invited Jer to collaborate on the Vibration Collection, inspired by the sensory experience of a techno party. As an artist and DJ immersed in the same scene, Jer illustrated the distinct party energies across the Philippines: La Union, Makati, and Escolta. Morales worked directly from Jer’s raw journal sketches, translating them into his signature “web calado” embroidery. The collection launched fall 2024 at Rustan’s.

adidas City Lab × PURVEYR

The brief: Interpret “playing outdoors” through a Filipino creative lens, translating the concept into a t-shirt and patch set for an adidas retail activation.

PURVEYR connected Jer with adidas for City Lab — a collaborative project pairing the brand with local Filipino creatives to explore what “playing outdoors” means through art and design. The creative prompt to each designer was “As a creative, what does playing outdoors mean for you?” Jer’s response was to channel the Filipino spirit through street games. Jer focused on the aura and energy of figures through repeating linework. “I want people to insert themselves into the art, feel whatever they feel, and experience how they define the Filipino spirit.”

The spring 2025 designs were available at adidas stores in Trinoma QC, Glorietta Makati, and Two Parkade BGC.

Church Loves U × Martin Bautista

The brief: Design artwork for limited fashion-meets-nightlife merch collaboration.

For Church Loves U’s collaboration with fashion designer Martin Bautista, Jer took on the roles of art director and illustrator. Under the creative direction of Xtina Superstar and Martin Bautista, Jer designed a limited merch drop inspired by the anime classic Sailor Moon combined with Martin’s iconography. Six distinct designs across satin scarfs and fans — each needing to feel like a single collection while working as standalone objects.

The Sims 25th Anniversary

The brief: Commemorative illustration for The Sims’ 25th anniversary and new creators program.

Electronic Arts, on the 25th anniversary of The Sims, commissioned Jer to create custom artwork for the launch of The Sims Creator Program — EA’s new initiative for The Sims content creators. The art was printed and included in VIP kits sent to top influencers worldwide. The commemorative visual was also showcased on The Sims’ website, social media channels, and went on display at TwitchCon 2025.

microqlima Records

The brief: Design a festival poster for French independent pop music label’s 10th anniversary celebration.

Paris-based independent label microqlima Records commissioned a poster for their 10th anniversary festival Le Bal des 10 Printemps à la Bellevilloise. Integrating french into a cohesive poster design required close collaboration with the microqlima team on layout, hierarchy, and typographic detail. The 2025 festival posters appeared both online and on the streets of Paris, custom limited apparel, and social media content; proof that Jer’s visual language crosses borders.

It’s Nice That × On the Edge — Conscious Comics

The brief: An illustrated comic strip about endangered species to inspire conservation awareness through storytelling.

For It’s Nice That and On the Edge‘s Conscious Comics series, Jer Dee was one of four artists commissioned to illustrate a comic strip spotlighting an endangered species. Jer was paired with the Harlequin Shrimp — a vibrant, reef-dwelling crustacean found in the waters of the Philippines. The comic tells a story of the shrimp’s surprisingly heroic real-life role in colorful sequential panels, conveying emotion through a character who is, at the end of the day, a very small shrimp. The result: a fun, aquatic story that turns a tiny coral-reef protector into a character readers root for — and want to protect.
